Spiced Pumpkin Muffins - The healthy toddler treat (at Halloween and any other day)
Pumpkin is such a versatile vegetable.
And here at We Might Be Tiny HQ we’re embracing it roasted, steamed and baked. In no particular order!
The healthy toddler muffin recipe we’re sharing with you today combines all the goodness of pumpkin puree with the sweetness of maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon.
It’s the perfect Halloween treat for your toddler but ticks all the fussy toddler boxes all year round.
All you need is a set of Muffin Cups and a mixing bowl to go from zero to hero in no time.
We try to have some on standby at all times for hungry moments or when out and about.
Whipping them up in our silicone Muffin Cups means these healthy treats are super simple to grab’n’go. Not only do the silicone cups keep the muffins fresh for longer, they make cleaning up as you go a breeze. Just like all other We Might Be Tiny products, you can simply pop them in the dishwasher to give you back time (and sanity) in your day.
Keep calm and pumpkin on!
