Three simple ingredients. No nasties. Once set, pop them out and enjoy a quick and healthy treat. Perfect for your next play date, party, backyard BBQ - or even breakfast!
- 600g (6 cups) very ripe banana
Equates to 6 medium size bananas
- 60 g (2/3 cup) walnuts
- 40 g (1/2 cup) honeycomb
Place all ingredients in a high-speed food processor and blitz until well-combined and of a consistency that you can pour into the moulds.
A few chunks are good! If too thick for pouring, add water as required.
